ANGEL TREE UPDATE 2009

It's time to begin preparations for the Salvation Army Angel Trees for 2009.
Our Red Bag Assembly date is scheduled for
The location is the Salvation Army Christmas Center located at
Sign in and continental breakfast begins at 8:30. We will start promptly at 9:00am to begin the assembly. If we have enough volunteers for the assembly of the red bags, we should be done by 11:45am.
This is a very crucial part to have a successful year and Rotary's involvement makes a difference. Please e-mail me at cpilgrim@centurytel.net to confirm attendance or if you have any questions.
Angel Trees begin on November 13th and run through December 14th.
The Mall locations are Collin Creek and NorthPark Center which have the trees "open" for volunteers every day of the week. (Monday through Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm) Valley View, Irving and Grapevine Mills Mall will have trees "open" Thursdays through Sunday. (same hours as above)
Please make preparations with your club on your selected volunteer dates during the time mentioned above and contact myself or directly to Janis Hunt with the Salvation Army at 214.353.4850
or by e-mail to MallAngelTree_Dallas@uss.salvationarmy.org to reserve your club's time.
