On July 17, Rotary Club of Frisco presented its quarterly First Responders Service Above Self award to Sgt. Jay Reim of the Frisco Police Department. Sgt. Reim is in the criminal investigation department and head the Crimes Against Persons unit. In addition, he serves as the department firearms instructor and defensive tactics instructor.
This award is presented on a quarterly basis, rotating between the Frisco Police Department and Fire Departments, to acknowledge the continued example of the Rotary values of Service Above Self represented by these personnel.
