Happy Holidays!
Christmas is such a special time of year as well as the various religious and cultural days that are celebrated during December. The Leadership team of District 5810 wishes everyone a blessed time to share with family and friends. Rotarians show love for mankind all year long, so we celebrate the Holiday spirit in our hearts daily. Thanks for all you do!
Howard Templin Selected DG 2022-23
The District selection committee has completed interviews of applicants for District Governor Nominee Designate. Howard Templin, currently Assistant Governor and member of the Rotary Club of Dallas, was selected from a field of qualified candidates. He will serve as Governor during the 2022-2023 Rotary year. Congratulations to Howard and thanks to the other dedicated Rotarians who participated in the process.
Rose Parade 2020

A reminder: Celebrate our year of Vision (2020) by watching the Rose Parade on January 1. Look for the large Penguin that is the Rotary float! 18 Rotarians from our District will be working hard pasting those rose petals and organic materials on the float to make the biggest Public Image project a thing of beauty. The float’s theme is Hope Connects the World. If you look beside the float, PDG Bill Dendy 16 will be walking and waving, and I am privileged to ride on the float with the RI President. So I am practicing my wave and my smile! What a way to start a new year and celebrate!
