To All District 5810 Rotarians: You have an opportunity to influence the Rotary International Manual of Procedures. The following document instructs you how to propose a change (or changes) for consideration to the Rotary International Manual of Procedures.
While the following note calls out a year-end deadline, this same procedure can be used for the ensuing calendar year. If you have questions, please contact PDG John Moser (john.moser@mygrande.net).
If you would like to see an improvement in the District or RI MOP, you can submit a proposal, using this process. Rotary International must receive proposed enactments, including confirmation of the district’s endorsement from the governor, by 31 December 2023.
