On Friday, August 11th, District 5810 Governor John Curtis joined Plano Sunrise Rotary for our regular weekly Friday meeting. It was a pleasure working together on packing food boxes 📦 for needy Plano Independent School District families and students at LovePacs in Plano!
Now in its eleventh year, LovePacs in Plano serves 8,500 PISD households annually with protein-rich nutritional food when students are out-of-school during break, away from school lunches. They are powered almost exclusively by the generosity of community volunteers and donations received by the North Texas Food Bank.
