In coordination with the goals of Rotary International President Gordon McInally, the Suicide Prevention and Brain Health Rotary eClub members will be sharing articles and service project ideas each month about topics related to mental/brain health and how we as Rotarians can make a difference in the lives of those around us as well as in our personal lives.
The Suicide Prevention and Brain Health (SPBH) Rotary eClub is a cause based Rotary eClub chartered in July 2021 that meets at 7pm CST on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month via Zoom. Because we are an eClub, our members live in multiple regions/states and our resources and services are available nationally as well as for regions. Our purpose or “CAUSE” is to promote Collaboration, Advocacy and Awareness, Understanding, Support, Education and Encouragement and Elimination of stigma surrounding suicide prevention, postvention, brain / mental health and wellness in all forms.

Resources, presentations and ideas for service projects will be provided and regularly updated on the Rotary District 5810 Mental Health Initiative webpage https://rotary5810.org/sitepage/mental-health-initiative (or use www.rotary5810.org / Events / Mental Health Initiative) as well as being available upon request from the SPBH Rotary eClub (www.spbhrotary.org ) site or from Club President Shirley Weddle at swbrainhealth@gmail.com or srweddle@tx.rr.com .
