The Pioneer Technology and Arts Academy (PTTA) was chartered in November 2023 and sponsored by Prestonwood Rotary. Led by Prestonwood's newest member and Interact Sponsor, Margaret Silva, they were on the road for the Holidays in the Richardson Christmas parade.
The theme for the parade was "misfit toys". The Interact students marched alongside of the float while some remained on board, dressed in their "toy" attire. The float won not only the Mayor’s Award but also the President’s Award. Prior to the parade the PTTA Interact Club held a car wash and donated $301 to our Water for Roatan fund! Can’t wait to see what’s next!
