Rotary Youth Exchange is alive and well in District 5810. After 8 monthly orientations our outbound long-term students are leaving. Zaley is going to Japan on August 18 and her sister Sydney is leaving on August 5 for Switzerland.
Our District is hosting 6 inbound students, 3 from Japan, 2 from Spain, and 1 from Germany. Mia arrived July 18, Jimena arrived August 3, Kurumi arrived August 4, Miku arrived August 5, Mateo arrived August 13 and Sousuke arrived August 6.
Thank you to Plano Metro, Cedar Hill, Plano West, Addison, Addison Midday and McKinney Clubs for Hosting our inbound students. If you get the chance to meet our exchange students, please do. They are here to learn about and meet people from Texas.
