Members of White Roak Rotary, Dallas celebrated the holiday season by attending their annual Christmas dinner at Table 13 restaurant. Our Fireside Chat events are usually great fun, and our Christmas dinners are no exception.
In addition to jokes and snappy chat the celebrations included an exchange of white elephant gift exchange and despite the any loss of a favorite gift everyone enjoyed the hilarity of the exchanges. A good time was had by all.
However, before we enjoyed ourselves at dinner, we spent time in December giving back to our community. Members spent Friday December 1 at Audelia Road Library collaborating with Juli Gonzalez, Library Manager, and Enid Jones, President of WRR and member of Audelia Road Library Friends to set up books for sale that was sponsored by ARLF.
