  • What if you could do it in one night? We have the answer!

“Café Momentum, a Dallas-based restaurant and culinary training facility, transforms the lives of young people that have spent time in juvenile facilities. A positive environment is provided for at-risk youth to receive intensive culinary job and life-skill training, as well as continual mentorship and support, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Café Momentum works in collaboration with Dallas County Juvenile Justice Department to provide hope and teach adolescent men and women how to break the cycle of violence and crime that many of them have faced.”
