Program Development

Seek high-quality, engaging speakers to present programs at meetings, in conjunction with members seeking programs. Calendar all programs as far in advance as possible, giving at least one month lead time to each program. Input all programs on Rotary calendar, and input speaker bios into Rotary ClubRunner.
