It was a day for the birds—literally! The Addison Rotary Club winged it this time — soaring in to help the Raptor Center and proving they give a hoot about our feathered friends! We spent the day volunteering with the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center, diving into bird conservation and making paper mache enrichment toys to keep the Ambassador Raptors mentally stimulated and engaged.
It was a fun, messy, and inspiring day giving back to nature and learning how we can protect these beautiful birds of prey.
