The Rotary Club of Carrollton-Farmers Branch in partnership with the City of Carrollton, officially opened the All Assessible Playground at Rosemeade Recreation Center on Saturday November 9th
This project is part of the Rotary Club’s Signature Project.  We wanted to create a park that was assessible to kids with disabilities, but also one where their siblings could also play.  The club raised in excess of $150,000 to purchase the playground equipment. The city paid a similar amount for the surface, installation, and infrastructure.

Several years ago, the club decided to create a project that was not just supporting our local organizations, but a project that will continue for years to come.  It is a project that is significant enough that people in the community can be involved where they might not be able to support as an individual.
