David and Vicki Hogue were named Volunteers of the Year by the Texas Festivals & Events Association, in recognition of their 430+ hours of service in 2024. These Rotarians have served the community for years, helping other non-profits, the city, and the ISD with any events.
They serve as great examples to the club of Service above Self. We are so proud to have Rotarians in the community showcasing a community United for Good!
