Visit the PLANO FLAGS OF HONOR at Red Tail Pavilion (formerly Oak Point Park) for a week-long, full of events on Nov. 5- 12 honoring our Veterans and First Responders. Each flag on display has a dedication card that tells the story of a hero whose life is or was devoted in service to their fellow man.
Opening ceremonies start, Nov. 5 at 10AM. Come hear inspiring patriotic music from the students of Wells and Schell Elementary. As part of our First Responders day, we are hosting the Plano Safety Fair and Touch-a-Truck Event. Kids of all ages can climb, touch, and explore all kinds of vehicles and equipment. We will conclude the day with the Ladies Liberty Show Troupe, taps, and a gun salute. Visit the website for all events & details.
