After more than 54 years of McKinney Rotary Club membership former Mayor John Gay stepped down from the Club. On August 2nd, the club honored John and the current Mayor read a proclamation making 8.2 John Gay Day in McKinney. Texas House Rep and McKinney Rotary Club member Scott Stanford presented John with a Texas Flag from the capital and Club President, Mike Bell presented John with a plaque from the club. There were over 80 members/guests in attendance.
