President Jeff Caserotti presented Bruce Heller, board member of the ShelterBox USA program with a check for $2,000 from McKinney Sunrise Rotary Club for two ShelterBoxes, and the weekly basket collection for the month of November will also be donated to ShelterBoxUSA. This is a huge operation that serves millions of people around the world.

The ShelterBox itself can also be used for storage or refuse.

ShelterBoxUSA is a non-government organization that provides shelter for people around the globe who have been displaced due to a weather-related disaster or war. The non-profit organization is a 501 ( c ) 3 charity with high marks from Charity Navigator.
