McKinney Sunrise Rotary and McKinney Rotary are teaming up for a Veterans Day Fundraiser benefiting Smiles Charity, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing mortgage-free homes for wounded veterans and their families. With a $50 donation, donors can pay tribute to the veterans in their lives with a flag will be placed in their honor. Up to 300 flags will be placed.
Names of the United States Veterans will be displayed on a Banner of Honor, alongside a breathtaking field of up to 300 American flags in Craig Ranch, near the Cpl. RD Foster Veterans Memorial Park in McKinney. The flags will remain on display for two weeks surrounding the Veterans Day holiday, serving as a symbol of gratitude and respect in our community.
The City of McKinney will be having their annual Veterans Day Ceremony at the Cpl. RD Foster Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, 11/8/25 at 11:00am.
