The Rotary Club of McKinney's Rotary Puzzle Queens—Carmen Alencar, Tammy Mahan, Anca Wetegrove, and Stephanie Talley—recently competed in Neighbor Books' monthly Puzzle Night. While the team may have finished at the bottom of the leaderboard, they were at the top when it came to fellowship, laughter, and Rotary spirit.
As the team joked afterward, Carmen was the powerhouse puzzler, Anca forgot her glasses, Tammy discovered that solving puzzles upside down is harder than it looks, and Stephanie kept the conversation going the entire evening. The result? Plenty of laughs, new friendships, and a memorable night together.

Events like these remind us that Rotary is about more than service projects—it's also about building lasting friendships and enjoying time together. The Rotary Puzzle Queens are already looking forward to the next competition and hope to see even more Rotary teams join the fun.

Service Above Self... and sometimes just above the bottom of the leaderboard!
