The tenth annual Rotary Club Park Cities’ "Dentistry with a Heart" provided $27,600 worth of free dental services on October 30th, 2021.
Twenty-four patients from the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center were treated for basic dental services of extractions, fillings and cleanings. The Salvation Army has been a partner from the first year and helped identify patients by hosting a dental screening on Oct. 28th.

This was the fifth year that Agape Clinic hosted the event.  Volunteer private practice dentists, hygienists, students from Texas A&M Dental School, Agape clinic staff and Park Cities Rotary members contributed their time to the event. In addition to dental treatment, the patients’ health was checked, and some will be coming back to Agape Clinic for medical care. Both the Salvation Army and Agape Clinic are collaborative partners of RCPC.

The event was organized by RCPC member and dentist, Dr. Michael Rainwater, with other RCPC members helping to guide patients.  Dr. Rainwater concluded, “It’s a great way to spend a Saturday!!”
