One remarkable example is Tejasvi Manoj, a member of Troop 261 in the Chisholm Trail District. Tejasvi recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Scouting, a milestone that represents years of dedication, service, and perseverance.
Her leadership has reached far beyond her troop and community. As a 16-year-old junior at Lebanon Trail High School in Frisco, Tejasvi was named to the cover of TIME Magazine as “Kid of the Year,” honored for her innovative work protecting seniors from cybercrime. Her efforts highlight both the power of youth leadership and the importance of mentorship and support systems like Rotary and Scouting.
