Santa’s elves were busy in Rockwall making Christmas brighter for the men and women of our military this year. For troops on duty during the holidays, in addition to the important job of protecting our freedoms in all corners of the world, it’s tough to be away from friends and loved ones.
So the Rockwall Rotary Club packaged up some Christmas joy and sent it to the troops wherever they were. They stuffed boxes filled with motivational cards of seasons greetings, tasty snacks, and tons of Christmas cheer.

In all, the Rockwall Club sent eight boxes via their own deployed Air Force Reserves Rotarian, Paul Ferguson, who reported back that the gifts meant the world to his fellow troops and truly lifted the spirits of all.
