The Rockwall Noon Rotary Club demonstrated its commitment to serving children in the community through its September service project benefiting Rainbow Room in Rockwall County. Club members collected essential baby supplies, including car seats, formula, bottles, burp cloths, bibs, and pacifiers. Thanks to the generosity of club members and donors, Rockwall Noon Rotary contributed more than $800 in donations, including two car seats and many other requested items.
Beth Johnson and Kayne Pierce delivered the donations on behalf of the club. Jerry Welch, Board President, and Cindy O’Reilly, Vice President of Projects, were on hand to receive the items.
Rainbow Room supports Rockwall County children who have experienced abuse or neglect and require the intervention or involvement of Child Protective Services. Through the provision of immediate, ongoing, and essential physical and emotional support, the organization helps ensure these children receive the care and resources they need.
By responding to Rainbow Room’s specific needs, Rockwall Noon Rotary helped provide practical resources for vulnerable children and families in their community.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this meaningful project! This is Rotary in action—neighbors coming together to make a difference in the lives of children who need it most.
