Rowlett Rotary provided 64 sleeping bags to the Austin Street Shelter in downtown Dallas. The snow had just started snowing when we pulled up. We also voted to add a service project that we learned about on delivery day: to provide much needed women’s and men’s underwear to the shelter by the end of January.
