Waxahachie High School and Global High Interact clubs came together to collect 1019lbs of food on Halloween for our local food bank. Waxahachie Rotary Club hosts the event, called Trick or Treat So Kids Can Eat. It is held at our Boy Scout cabin each year.

The kids dress up and go to their designated areas to collect food. Afterwards, they enjoy hotdogs and treats while the Rotarians are counting the proceeds. The next morning Rotarians take the boxed food to our food bank to help feed local families for the holidays. This event is one of our favorite service projects of the year for both Rotarians and our Interact Clubs.
