The Plano Flags of Honors program ran from November 8-16th and was sponsored by the Plano East Rotary Club. A special higlight, was presentation of Bronze Star and POW medals to a WW II veteran's family that survived the Bataan Death March.
The son of the survivor, his children and grandchildren were there to receive the medal posthumously which was presented by Congressman Van Taylor.
