RCPC member Holly McKasson knows that the main mode of transportation for the homeless is their feet. This is the fifth year she has organized the Foot Care Clinic “to provide hope and active caring of a basic need of the most vulnerable homeless.”

This project was a Rotary event on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, at Austin Street Center. Over 150 homeless individuals attended. Park Cities Rotary members, Baylor nursing students, and other volunteer medical professionals provided foot washing, foot care and basic foot health checks. New shoes and socks, foot care packets, and travel size toiletries donated by Rotary members were provided for free to these shelter participants. Park Cities Rotary volunteers worked to check in participants, help the nurses, clean buckets, distribute the socks, foot care kits, and toiletries, fit shoes, and make it all happen!
